Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase from the Baby Boutique, you have 14 days from when you receive the goods, to return it to us.
Your product MUST be unworn and still have the original tags attached for an exchange or refund. We are unable to offer a refund on certain intimate items such as socks, tights and hats (unless hat is included in the outfit). Please chose your sizes carefully as certain continental sizes may be a smaller fit than the age of your child.
To return your item, follow these 5 steps:

To return your item, follow these 5 steps:
- Repackage your item in its original packaging
- Email us at info@babyboutique.ie with your intention to return the item. Include the original order details with proof of purchase. If this was a gift you received, please enter the persons name from whom you received the gift so that we can trace the original order on our system. At present, we can only receive back items that have been sold on-line.
- We will then email you back to confirm we have received your email. We will confirm if we have a replacement item or different size if that is what is required. Please print this email and return it with your item(s).
- Please then package up the item in a secure parcel and return it to The Baby Boutique, 2 Castle Street, Cork City. You are responsible for the safe return of the items to us.
- Once we receive the item(s) back and we are satisfied that they are in the same condition as they were sent to you, we will then arrange the credit or replacement (as appropriate).
